I think you want max-cache-size here not datasize, see chapter 6 of the
ARM for a discussion on datasize.

Better I think for a cache to page furiously than just to fail, so I
don't think datasize is terribly useful to you.

Although I suppose no answer, rather than slow answers, should cause
clients to fail over to the other cache faster.
