bind 9.2.2, slave generating too many soa queries

Nevermind. I figured it out. Bind chose port 1434 as the "random port"
to use for the transfer source. This port was being blocked by our
routers due to all the Microsoft vulnerabilities. I set
transfer-source and everything is ok now.
