reverse DNS question

We have been given delegation for our reverse zone, and I set up the
reverse zone according to the FAQ sent to me by PacBell, but I am still
having problems.  Below is the zone file for the reverse lookup.  We are
running named 8.4.1-REL.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
