Bind DNS Server for only 16 IPs?

why do you want to update 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa ??

Isn't it more likley that you want to update the 16 ip
you have been assigned ?  RFC2317 describes this, so does
the book "Managing DNS and BIND" ( o'reilly)
