URGENT!!! one domain to change its IP

HI!!!

 Sorry for this question.... but i have NO time to search in this list
archive.... :-(

 Soon, very very soon, 4 or 5 days..... one of my domains MUST change
its IP due to change the server location, this domain/server has web and
mail services...... the most important is mail service......

 How MUST i operate, modify the domain zone (TTL or similar), not to
lose emails and web access?????
