At first sight, seems to a problem in the resolver used, more than
nameserver configuration.
You should check /etc/resolv.conf, and look for a line beginning with
"nameserver". If you don't have it, you don't have a resolver to ask
for.
To check your nameserver configuration, try this:
dig -x 192.168.33.19 @0
to query your localhost directly.
> dig -x 192.168.33.19 - -- returns error
> Returns error so as nslookup
