Answer for (a) : bind-9.2.1

(b) 'vi' ( or any other text editor you are confident with.

(c) ( the question you did not ask : "how do i get up and running smooth and
without gotchas" : visit a course run by a well-known instructor. Crickett is 
one available in us. Not nly will you get a primer you will also have the
opportunity to learn from others mistake and misconceptions.
