Whatever machine you're trying to use as the forwarder may be selective about who
it allows to recurse. Try running some queries from the problem box (DNS2?) to
the forwarder and check the setting of the RA (Recursion Available) bit in the
responses. To see that, you'll need a real lookup tool like "dig", or, if you
must use nslookup, turn on debug mode.
