zone x-fer

hello

I'm running a bind 9 and there is some problem with zone x-fer but I don't
know what it means or how to solve it. Here's a log exclusion:

from 80.254.180.58#53: end of transfer

The host 80.254.180.58 is a Win2k dns allowing zone x-fers from anywhere.
Yes, I know he shouldn't. I already told him - he's fixing it. Thus, I can
telnet his.ip.adress 53 to him. No problem at all. 

What does this mean and what can I do about it?
