Shure. Use your favorite editor.

Whenever your changes are restricted to a common subsets of
operations yoy might create perl/ or tcl/Tk scripts to take
care of that.  RH distributes "bind-config" ( which seems unable to
be usable), webmin has modules that to a certain level does some
dns-functions. If you have lots of moner QIP is avaliable, again
for managing a subset of functions.
