Is Bind still broken?

... i have a problem with that.  somehow , the idea that 'i' have to
"SEARCH" for that kind of information, wrankles.  given the importance of
dns , a line like "Full disclosure, and or fixes, only guaranteed to
paying customers", should be the first line of visible html.

    for dns, 'bind' does not set the security standard.  and the
discovery that "THAT" position further compromised by isc's business
model, disheartening.

    however , i can NOT fault isc for my standard setting, abject
stupidity.  i failed to recognize that bind , rather than being
open-source, really shareware ...
