Specifying a working directory for name server

Hi,
I'm trying to install BIND 8.3.3 on a server to act as a secondary DNS
server on Linux 7.2,but I could not understand where we need to specify the
working directory for BIND since it was looking for named.conf in /etc but
I've wanted to put everyting in /etc/namedb.
I'd be grateful for your comments and suggestions.
