The problems may be (1) merging organisations that had used overlapping
parts of RFC 1918 address space, and/or (2) having a privately-used-only
resource on RFC 1918 address space that the Wise Managers suddenly
decide should be publicly accessible.

However, judicious use of proxy-based firewalls or NATting routers
should take care of most of this.  If the Wise Managers allow.  ;->
