Desktop machine sthat get shut down that often have no business running
their own caching name servers. You're solving a problem that didn't
need to be solved, and potentially creating other problems while you do
it. Remind me again how BIND-PE knows how to expire entires in the
persistent cache that would have expired while it was shut down, and how
much time it spends doing that while it starts up.
