How to dynamic dns ?

I have one BindDNS running ns1.xxx..com on a w2kbox with a static IP. Now I
am working on to setup a second BindDNS ns2.xxx.com in another box with a
dhcp (changed every night when the ISP server drop the connection and I need
to reconnect my box to Internet) IP.

How to  setup a DNS on a DHCP IP address? Is any Perl/code available to
update the named.conf or xxx.db as soon as the server rebooted? Even the
named.conf and zone data updated, will this work this way?

Appreciate any help or directions.
