Dynamic DNS Update Windows client

Hello there,
usually when I have linux machines on dsl connections I use a ppp-up script
etc. do dynamically update my name server settings (using tsig)
Now, there's a customer who uses a software called WinRoute on a Windows
machine that acts as firewall  etc.
Are there any Windows client (similar to nsupdate) that I could use to send
updates to my name server automatically or how should I proceed in these
circumstances?
