DNS does NOT do URL redirection. If you run the DNS servers for both
olddomain.com and newdomain.com, then point the "A" record for 
www.olddomain.com to the IP address of www.newdomain.com. From there, 
you'd have to do name-based virtual hosting on the www.newdomain.com
server to map an HTTP request coming to the web server with the old name 
to the desired subdirectory.
