You don't need to explain DNSSEC.  You might state that "the following
RRs are excluded from this rule, but you won't run into them unless you
use DNSSEC", and leave it at that.

If you don't, but state that the rule applies universally, then the FAQ
is in error, which is intolerable.  ;-/
