Using ndc to query remote NT BIND DNS server

No.  BINDCtrl is not the server, it just is a local application that interfaces
to the BIND system service.  The actual name of the executable is named
and that's what you will see in Task Manager.

This will not work anyway since 53 is the port for DNS queries.
ndc uses "named namd pipe" as some once commented.

Upgrade to BIND 9.2.0 or 9.2.1rc1 and use rndc which allows you to do this
kind of thing (with the appropriate key).
