If you're not planning to run the nameserver, how were you planning on
letting the user update the DNS themselves?  ISPs don't typically allow
their customers to make dynamic DNS changes like you proposed.  If they do
dynamic DNS at all, it's usually done automatically by the DHCP server;
when it assigns an address to the customer, it sends an update message to
the DNS server.
