FAQ update

eek... i wrote a great reply for this, but accidentally deleted it.  in
any event, to summarize:

i think that:

   "As they say on TV, "I don't do windows." Sorry, you'll have to find
   help elsewhere."

makes it sound like the newsgroup itself doesn't discuss / provide
support for winodze platforms.... since the FAQ purports to represent
the newsgroup, it should at least make it clear that a number of people
on the group know a lot about bind on windows, and that questions about
bind on that platform are welcome / relevant.

if someone comes up with links / faq entries that are specific to
windows later on, so much the better.

for starters, perhaps a brief explanation of the *nix type things that
windows bind expects (ie /etc/resolv.conf, /etc/named.conf) and where
they should be placed...

i don't really do windows either, so i won't make suggestions as to what
the answers should say exactly :>
