Can't start named, please help

I hope someone has run across this before.

I'm trying to run bind 9 on a AIX4.3.3. -- named does not start. I see the 
following debug messages at the end of the named.run file:

Mar 11 14:52:17.324 processing control channel 127.0.0.1#953
Mar 11 14:52:17.329 command channel listening on 127.0.0.1#953
Mar 11 14:52:17.330 no source of entropy found


AIX does not have /dev/random, so am I supposed to use egd.pl? If so
how do I configure bind and egd to work together?
