How about the ever-popular "How can I make manual edits to a Dynamic
Update-enabled zone?", or its (perhaps non-obvious) variant "How come Dynamic
Updates aren't always reflected in the zone file right away?".

There should probably also be something in there about configuring reverse
zones for RFC 1918 address ranges. These usually crop up as "why are my
internal nameservers trying to contact 'blackhole'?" or "why are my reverse
lookups timing out?".
