Zones don't have a "time to live", _per_se_. They only have an
"expire" time, and this only applies to slaves, and only if they are
unable to replicate the zone for a while. A zone file on a master is
effectively immortal.

Individual records, on the other hand, have TTLs. You can see those
using a reasonable lookup tool like "dig".
