Dynamic Zone Creations

Hello

Is there any way to dynamically create a zone in bind using either ndc or
something similar?  I appreciate that using bind's internal red/black
trees is faster for queries, but I need the ability to:

- list all zones currently in a name server
- dynamically create an entire zone
- dynamically add, edit or remove zone entries
- dynamically remove an entire zone

Is this at all possible, without parsing the zone files directly (mainly
because the application that is performing these duties is not necesarily
running on the same machine as bind is).
