Convert Cobalt zones files to W2k .dns zone files

Well, that's not really a BIND question. Doesn't MS-DNS have an
"import" utility of some sort? Or, can you perhaps set up the MS-DNS as
a slave server temporarily and then convert it over to a master? I don't
know, I don't use MS-DNS...
