Latency Measurement from DNS Client to Server

Hi friends,

New member in DNS domain. Please help me.

Requirement:
Freeware tools for measurement of time taken between the DNS client, server
and again DNS client (round-trip).

Platform:
Windows

Other desired results:
Should be able to do the DNS traffic analysis on a monthly, weekly and daily
basis.
