ndc status returns server is NOT loading its configuration on Bind 8.2.2-P5

Kevin,
Thank you very much. Shall I upgrade it to 8.2.3 for now because I have not 
had chance to experiment with 9.x version of Bind, Does this updgrade need 
any config change ? Will it do a Seamless upgrade to 8.2.3.
