How many zones running BIND ?¿

BIND 9 has a limit on TCP connections - I think the default is
20 - but you can increase it in the config file.

It is documented in the Administrators Reference Manual - if
your version of BIND doesn't have one of these, perhaps it is
time to upgrade ;-)
