2 unresolved symbols building bind 9.2 on NT

Hi,

OpenSSL built fine, using version 0.9.6b

 build bind 9.2 using (buildall.bat) I get

  link.exe @C:\DOCUME~1\STUART~1.001\LOCALS~1\Temp\nma01336.
   Creating library .\Release\libdns.lib and object .\Release\libdns.exp
openssl_link.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
_ENGINE_set_RAND
openssl_link.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _ENGINE_new
../../../Build/Release/libdns.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 2 unresolved
externals

any Suggestions?
