	You don't need a PTR for "::".  You need the local nameserver
	to answer queries for it.  A "NODATA" response will be fine.
	The primary purpose of this zone is to intercept queries so
	they don't impact in on the ip6.arpa servers.

	@ SOA ...
	  NS ...

	Would be fine for the zone.
