since this seems like a newbie type question and you seem to be a lady: 
use this command ---> : dig wanadoo.fr ns 
this will give you the authoritative NS's for wanadoo.fr ( Four by the way) 
That's probably what you want. Len is right, when he points out the possible 
interpretations for your questions, so you need to start studying as well !
