Hmm, all about how a question is asked. When he said a "server", and
referred to it's caching server - this says to me that server #1 is NOT
a nameserver, but a web server or some other service. He then asked how
to configure the caching nameserver that it uses.

His web server (or whatever it is) shouldn't see RFC1918 IPs unless he
has local RFC1918 IPs, so I said to only worry about it if he does.

What I said still stands, and I'm sorry if my literal interpretation was
incorrect. I'm not that smart, I should just keep quiet ;)
