My wife had free domain parking and web redirecting from namezero, and
the NS records in the zone didn't match the delegating NS records from
the parent, at all. The domain was unresolvable intermittently until I
notified their tech support of the problem. The problem never
resurfaced after they fixed the in zone NS records to match the
delegating records.
They never even thanked me, either, and I noticed they had the same
setup for many other domains before that, all fixed after my
notification ;)
