Strange messages (BIND)

Can it be expressed more clear ? "THERE MAY BE A NAME SERVER ALREADY RUNNING"

You have probably started up a second copy of named(PID=10852). This second
copy cannot open a socket on port 53 since the first server already 
has "grabbit it".

ps -ax|grep named   ( or possibly ps -ef|grep named ) will show all
processes with the characters "named" in it's name.
