specify hosts not in local domain

How can you "force" bind to return a specific ip address for a hosts that is not in your domain. I'm trying to stop users from using aol instant messenger so I'd like to point the instant messenger login server to a private network address so the im client can't log into the server. I'm running bind bind-8.2.3-0.6 on RedHat 6.2.
Example: I want bind to return 192.168.6.5 for oscar.aol.com
