bind question

Hi masters,

Do you know a soft that checks servers (via their IP adresses). If a server
fails, automaticaly, this soft will modify the db.file and reload DNS
process ?
Note : This sever belongs to a multiple A records (IP adresses) associated
to a same name. When a specific server fails, its specific address is
removed from the list of mutiple A records. In an other hand when the server
comes back automaticaly this server is added to the previous list.
