You can't. That's not how DNS works. Neither the root servers nor the TLD
servers allow zone transfers and won't in the future.

That is really something that companies like NSI who manages the .com domain
worry about. You can always ask them for stats if you have a need that feel
is legitimate.

You can't as I said above.

Please copy the newsgroup on these questions. Other people can answer
these questions at least as well if not better than I can. I also strongly
suggest you go out and buy Cricket Liu's DNS and BIND 4th edition book
so you can understand how things work.
