Bind 9.2.1 Error messages on Suse 8.x (Errors in reverse zone file)

You have two serial numbers in your SOA record, and hence eight RDATA
fields.  BIND's parser is complaining
about that.  Delete one of the serial numbers.

NS records use domain names in their RDATA, not IP
addresses.

> 19.214.108.193.in-addr.arpa IN PTR rafuisd.rafu.or.ug.

Why are there PTR records for IP addresses on two different
networks in this zone data file?  Is it the zone data file for
214.108.193.in-addr.arpa?  If so, only PTR records that
correspond to IP addresses on 193.108.214 should be in
the zone.
