OK so tcp wrapper on my  dns [dns1.vizion2000.net] is reporting client access from an ip that fails a consistency check.. have I got it right?

Is there a good FAQ on this topic - right now I am in danger of it going right over my head.. 2>M&1CS {too much at once syndrome :-) }
