So you are saying something like this:

On a name server called say:  ns.newald.de with IP address 192.168.10.1
there is a zone called say... newaldtwo.de and in that zone there is an
A RR for www, like this:

www	IN	A	192.168.10.1

?

Yes, that is legal.
