upgrading from bind4 to 9.2.1

These error messages should be self-explanatory. There are duplicate
zone{} statements for these 4 zones in your named.conf file. I suspect
you had these duplicates in the named.boot file that you ran through
named-bootconf. BIND4 probably didn't care or check for dublicates in
named.boot.
