how to forcefully refresh the cache?

	It's not slow.  It's just honouring the TTL's on the records.

	You don't have to reboot the machine to clear the cache.  Just
	restart named.  If webmin isn't working the restart it using
	ndc.

	Note BIND 9 has the ability to flush the cache.
