add dns entries in bind 4.9.7

The procedure to do this would be the same, whether you're using BIND 4, or
current versions like BIND 8 or BIND 9.

Add the following record to the appropriate zone file:

newwebserver.net. a 192.168.10.11

Then increment the serial number of the zone and reload the nameserver.
