Domain Segregation

Is there anyway to eliminate 1 domain from being pushed out from a master
server to 2 slave servers, yet have the other domains perform as
designed...ex: I have a master server that is authoritative for 4 domains
and 2 slave servers. I would like the master to propagate the db updates to
the slaves servers expect for one domain. Each server (master and 2 slaves)
would be authoritative for the independent domain that was eliminated from
the 'push'...is this possible...any help is greatly appreciated...tks in
advance...Jerry
