I'm just guessing, but doesn't:

\[x00000000000000000000000000000001/128].ip6.arpa. IN PTR localhost.

do the trick?

Sorry if I remember the syntax for bitlabels wrong, but I wrote this
one off the top of my head and it was a while ago I last messed with
them. (Hope I got the right number of zeroes in there!)
