What about your secondary DNS servers? If you have off-site secondaries,
they don't need to change at the same time. If you don't currently have
off-site secondaries, can your new ISP provide that service? If so, get
them to set up secondary DNS now, pulling from your old address, and add
them to the domain registration. Then when you move your primary server,
they can start pulling from the new address, and you can update the host
registration of your name server to point to the new address.
