Server wil not return data for secondaries

The server DNS2.noquestionhosting.net at 67.36.49.101 is supposed to act as
secondary for mparam.com and the zone is confirmed to exist on the server,
but it will not give out any data on a lookup. There is an NS record in
mparam.com's zone data to make DNS2.noquestionhosting.net authrative.
However, if you query a zone such as schedulestar.com which is on the
primary DNS1.noquestionhosting.net, you can do a lookup.

We cannot seem to identify what condition exists that will not allow
DNS2.noquestionhosting.net to respond to a lookup for any of the secondary
zones it has.
