There are IPPs who offer these special service with an extra:

http://user@clientsdomain.com and
http://user2@clientsdomain.com

show 2 different Sites

in fact

the first shows the equivalent of

http://www.clientsdomain.com/~user
and the second of
http://www.clientsdomain.com/~user2
