Bind 8 named.conf to Bind 9

Generally speaking, if all of your zonefiles and zone data are legit, then you
shouldn't have any problems running them under BIND 9. But if you're doing
illegitimate stuff like multiple-cname's, "CNAME and other data", or if you're
relying on the SOA MINIMUM to establish your default TTL (instead of using the
$TTL directive or explicit TTLs in your zonefiles), you'll be in for a nasty
shock. See the doc/misc/migration file for all of the migration gotchas.
